I absolutely loved this cover. I am a sucker for neon lights, so this book grabbed my attention right away. I also really liked the dedication, for what that's worth. I have to say that the book itself was a bit hard for me to read because it was so detailed and sounded so painful. I would still give the book a chance, though!
