After reading the synopsis and the excerpt, I'm not really interested in reading this memoir. The cover is attention-grabbing and fun but the contents are dark and depressing. It's not really what I want to read right now. And "avenging my mother's death" when she went in for cosmetic surgery seems a bit extreme.
