Eye Catching Cover, Objectively Interesting

I probably did not read far enough but so far it lacked insight or teeth or something. The voice of the memoir was not catching my interest. Objectively, there are many things that could be interesting: her mom built an empire, got plastic surgery, family dynamics, malpractice, and more.
One of the things that was objectively something to note is how in her family (and many people of color communities) silence is a band aid and you are made to feel wrong for talking about issues.
I love the cover it is eye-catching.
