Eye-catching cover and compelling synopsis

I really liked the pop of this cover, but I did feel like it might be a little plain. I think it would stick out in bookstores in a good way. I am very interested in the synopsis, though I wish for a little bit more information in the synopsis. What are the issues with body image, for example?
