Okay so I’m immediately hooked. This book grabbed my attention so quickly and had me needing to know more.
I have seen so many others reading and raving about this book and though I was curious about it I didn’t pick it up. I’m actually frustrated I haven’t read it until now with this small excerpt.
17 pages later I’m left with a cliff hanger and the need to know what happens. I can tell that this is going to be a very twisted story and will keep me guessing.
The writing has such a nice flow that just keeps you reading on until like I said, I was out of pages.
I’m very anxious to find out what happens with Henry. Clearly this is a troubled individual who I’m sure will play a dynamic role in the story. Marianna, I can tell, is going to have to deal with a lot. Whether it be her grief or her therapy patients, it’s clear that she has a rough road ahead.
