It caught my interest.
I really want to rate it 4.5 stars but I want to wait until I read the whole thing. For an excerpt, I loved it. The way the author described the surroundings and the atmosphere of a scene was captivating. It was clear, precise, and not too much detail which was a very good thing so as to not confuse whoever reads it. I find it straightforward and doesn't beat around the bush and I could tell it was fast-paced.
Quick backgrounds of the characters were not intervening and actually helped me understand the characters for the short amount of time I spent reading. Therefore, I could say that the main character, Marianna, could be interesting since she is a group therapist but she also has personal issues and her will to solve Sebastian's case.
I wish I could read more of this book. I would really love to see how things would turn out and excited to know how Marianna would deal with everything.
