This one didn’t disappoint me.
Marianna is still dealing with her husband’s death a year later when one of her nieces friends is murdered. So she decides to go back to the college she loved, and where she met her husband, to help Zoe. I liked Mariannas character, and all the people from her past that tried to help her figure the mystery out. I loved all the twists and turns. I was definitely not on the right path at all, which to me makes it a great book. If you can throw me for a loop and get me thinking all different people I’m sold. Especially when I of course never guessed the end. All the greek references and descriptions of the colleges had me feeling like I can see the whole scene laid out. A great who dun it. I liked how it was short chapters which made it a quicker read for me. Also mentions of a character from his first book, which I liked the tie ins.
Edge of your seat suspense!
