Absolutely, beautifully written. While this book handled some intense topics such as abuse and murder, it still felt very elegant. It was very fast paced with both the short chapters, which i very much appreciated, and also the constant need for an answer. I easily felt myself wanting to know what had happened and closely following with the main character to solve the mystery. While i do not support everything the main character did, the raw emotions that she let out through the book had me feeling very sorry for her and how she felt. As soon as the mystery started, I quickly made my own predictions as to what had happened, and while I was somewhat right, the plot twist was so shocking, I would've never seen it coming. I can easily see myself rereading this book and if i was ever in a reading slump, this would be my go to to get out of it. Overall, it was amazingly written and a beautiful thriller i highly recommend.
