Wow. Marianne is a therapist with a threatening patient who is trying to be more than a patient. She’s also just lost her partner and grieving. She gets a call from a friend (?) that’s sounds desperate. The book feels like a volcano that’s ready to blow. I can’t wait to see what’s left standing in its wake!
