What a solid way to start a book. Reading that first impression excerpt was great and enough to suck me in and make me want to buy the book. It was well-written, easy to read, and engaging. That first chapter that briefly introduced the reader to the mystery was perfect for setting the tone and hooking the reader. It made me to want to find out exactly what happens and how it all comes together. I can't wait for this one to come out!
