Pulled me in and now I need more!
What I liked about the book is that Mariana really comes across and a complete person. The glimpses that we are given into her past with her childhood and the death of her partner (and how she coped) pull at our heartstrings and make us care about her. I was so intrigued by the group therapy session and how she was handling the needs of the patients amidst the chaos stemming from the coffee cup. By the time Mariana called Zoe back, I was so engrossed in the story and I need to know what happens next!
