The opening was great and then it just felt like the first few chapters were an exposition dump. Like you could’ve spread that out among a few chapters I didn’t need to know all about the main character’s life in the first few chapters unless the story is just about her life. Would’ve benefited from moving past that to the group therapy session instead.
