I'm a little uncertain how I feel about Alex Michaelides "The Maidens". The concept is definitely intriguing. Additionally the actual text is easy to follow; each chapter ends on a cliff hanger of sorts. It is actually the chapters that give me pause. They're seem almost too short and I am concerned that a long novel with chapters that short will feel choppy.
