Ohhhh Alex....... You've gone and done it again. I read The Silent Patient breathlessly and closed it at the end, shocked. I shared it with others. I put it back on my bookshelf, where only the best come home to roost. Now this. I saw this coming a few weeks back, and thought "No way." No way he can create *another* book that good, it had to have been a fluke. And then I read the excerpt. By page 2, I knew I'd love it, and I knew I royally screwed up by not claiming this one with points straight off the bat. Now I must put it in the hands of The Fates (fitting, I suppose) and hope that I score a win on this one. Cannot wait to get my hands on a copy!!!
