I really enjoyed The Silent Patient and after reading this excerpt I am looking forward to this new novel. The author grabs your attention right from the start and depicted Mariana’s grief at the beginning of the story in a real way. There are elements of mystery woven throughout and I was immediately drawn into the story. I can’t wait to read more!
