The first thought I have after reading the first few pages is that the writing is very descriptive. As someone who has not lost the love of my life, I’ve never experienced that level of grief and yet I was mourning Sebastian right along with Mariana. I’m fascinated by the group therapy concept and what this Henry character has up his sleeve. I’m very uncomfortable with him so far but fascinated to know where his story leads. The sample ends with such a cliffhanger that I’m desperate to know what Zoe saw on the news and who she is to Mariana.
