It’s been a while since I’ve read a first look on here but when I saw the email with Alex Michaelides’ new book I knew I had to read it. The cover alone stands out and it’d definitely draw me in if I was browsing books. Mariana‘s character drew me in right away. Her grief, her therapy group, and her patient Henry has me curious. I’m anxious to see who Zoe is and what the phone call to Mariana means. What a great read after my little hiatus!
