This book hooks you straight from the beginning with one heck of a first line. The author writes really vivid descriptions, which helps to sink you into the setting and plot. I really liked the main character because she feels like a real person and is dealing with a lot. I'm interested to see how her connections to Greece and psychology play out in the rest of the book.
