I'm looking forward to reading Alex Michaelides's new novel, Maidens. I thoroughly enjoyed his 2019 debut, The Silent Patient, and anticipate that this will one will be just as compelling. I was interested to see in the First Look that psychology and therapy will play a part in this book much like the first. I enjoy Michaelides's writing--it only took him 16 pages to get me completely hooked!
