As you can tell, I’m pretty excited to read this release. I think the previous book by this author was quite entertaining and I’m very excited to see how the next book goes. As for first impressions, I’m 1) interested in the content and author for sure, and 2) the cover is really really good. It’s simple, but modern and gives that dark academia vibe that the blurb/summary seems to be going for as well. Soooo excited to read this!
