What I liked most, the plot of the book deals with a little chronicled part of WWII, women's efforts behind the enemy lines. It develops rhe story from the creation of the idea of women behind enemy lines. One gets a connection immediately to the different characters.

Charater development was done in a great fashion. Each getting a chapter, one gets to know what each charter is, apart from the initial plot. I find myself rooting for their success.

Being set in the 40's, i could easily form a "mental movie" in my head. The period detail was suttle enough, that it didnt bog down the story, yet detailed enough to know when it was taking place.

I judge a book by whether I put it down, or read it cover to cover. I get the feel that when I start this book, I will need a day off....i wont be putting it down until it is finished
