The first sentence immediately pulled me in!

Pam Jenoff is one of my favorite historical fiction writers. She writes with such emotion and I can already tell The Lost Girls is soon to be a new favorite. Jenoff captured me with her first sentence, "It was the second worst mistake of Grace Healy's life..." I immediately wanted to know what the first one was! As I continued reading, I quickly connected with Grace and wanted to hug her and tell her it will be alright. I can't wait to read more!!
