This is an intriguing premise and even better story! The women who fought and served during the great wars (in all the wars really) are rarely seen and heard. They sacrificed so much for their country, their families, and their ideals, and yet we hear almost nothing about them.
Here is a story that highlights some of those women in an intimate and spectacular way! Based on real events, Pam Jenoff takes us into the lives of some of those women and lets us relive through the characters, what some of these women went through, and what they gave up to give the world its freedom.
