A terrible car accident, the mysterious contents of a suitcase left behind, and piecing together the past in post-World War II NYC. This book had me right at that premise and immediately sucked me in! I am so intrigued at how the contents of an abandoned suitcase bring Eleanor, Marie, and Grace together and how their lives intertwine. Pam Jenoff seems to have yet again worked her literary magic into a fascinating new read. Putting this on my TBR list right now!
