I started to read the few pages and as I started to read I found myself smiling. Not only is it written very well. I love how the author makes it as if she is painting the scene for you in your mind!!!!! Very beautifully written and I love one sentence that has stuck with me that is so simple yet I find it so meaningful. The sentence is. "she is our mothers, our aunt's, the dreamers". I also would like to mention that I love the description of the rituals. The author definitely makes it as if you yourself is attending, there at the ritual yourself. The description of how everyone looks like is very well researched I think. I also like to mention that I wouldn't exactly claim this book is only for females. I believe males would find it just as fascinating. I know my husband would definitely enjoy me reading this to him. How I know? I read it to him these pages and he very much enjoyed it as well..now let's talk about the cover. I love it. Definitely eye catching
