While not my favorite genre, I do enjoy the occasional fantasy book. This one has an intriguing cover and interesting first look. I love how the author really sets the mood with the scene and well-done descriptions. Often, by the first few paragraphs I can tell a lot about the authors style and whether or not I want to read more.
