This YA fantasy inspired by ancient Mesoamerica is at the very top of my TBR! It's a unique spin that I haven't seen done before, and has such a stunning cover. I often have a hard time getting into fantasy & find the writing to be too dense (mostly due to the world-building and flowery language) but after reading the First Look, I don't think that will be an issue for me here. I'm looking forward to picking this one up and recommending it to others!
