I picked up this book thinking I was going to be reading an apocalyptic ‘Zombie Thriller’, but what I got from this novel was so much more! Of course there was the Dead (gory details and descriptions), but there was also the story of the living! There are bold and well developed characters with relatable back stories that will really make you feel like you are part of the book. I admit that I had my concerns about the authors of this book, and their inability to write it and the same time. This book is pure magic when you consider how it came to be and the authors abilities to tell a captivating story are seamlessly blended to produce this amazing source of entertainment. If your a fan of the living dead, you will be delighted with this well written and binge worthy book.
