While this doesn't seem like a book I myself would be interested in, I still enjoyed the writing style of the author. It is clear and precise and he describes his characters and environments well. I'll be honest and admit that I did not read the entire First Look because it looked like it jumped from the beginning of the book straight to the end, and I do not enjoy reading the ending of a book first. What I did read though sounded very intriguing and like a good set up to an interesting storyline.
