This book is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Now that 30 is approaching fast. I’m at a stage where I have grown apart from friends from previous stages of life and as I’m moving into the next stage I’m left wondering.. how do I make real satisfying loving and deepening friendships?! It’s not like when you were young and you wanted to befriend someone because they were pretty or they like the same music and movies as you.. The foundation of friendships during this stage of my life need to be closer related to purpose. This book appears to talk about the importance of sisterhood and community in a practical, non-corny way. I would hope after reading it that I would be closer to letting go of friendships that are no longer pushing me towards purpose and that I would learn how to deepen relationships with acquaintances and be able to be excited about making new friendships in the future. Hopefully I win this book!
