This is a great book! It gives really practical advice an information on how to make friends. It is written for women but I think the same principles would apply to men. Each chapter discusses a different aspect of friendship and how to connect with others to make new friends and also how best to strengthen the existing friendships and relationships that you already have. The book was very well written and easy to read and comprehend, which I always appreciate in a book. The tips were simple enough and easy to understand and therefore follow up on. The book acknowledges that making friends as an adult can be challenging because you typically don’t have built in structures to naturally foster friendships anymore like when you were in school or involved in a lot of different activities. It gives tips for all different stages of life and different situations that you might not have thought of for making friends.
