The cover is bold yet simplistic and it goes well with the book. Author Laura Tremaine took what she knew about friendships and shared it with the world and shared experiences really do help shape people. W look for advice, pathways, and some clues to deal with things in our lives such as relationships and friendships. We may all be individuals and have so many different perspectives, but we do learn through experience and shared experience. I like that Tremaine shared herself with what she learned about friendships, and it is relatable on so many levels. She isn't saying this is exactly the number of friendships you need, or the type of friends you need, you need to tailor it to your life. What I took from reading this is don't have friendships that serve no purpose in your life or theirs, make them count, find fulfillment in more than one friend, and accept them as who they come as as they should you. No friend is a one fit all and I think everyone in the world can understand that. I just really enjoyed reading this and then thinking about my friendships in my life.
