I thought that The Life Council was a very informative read. Adult Friendships are hard to make after you leave college and are left to create your own lasting friendships out in the real world. I thought that it was interesting how the book describes friendships and relationships that change/evolve as you get older. I did think that the book touched on some things that I myself have noticed about friendships and how the experiences that shape and create friendships are harder to come by leading to friendships not really having a place to grow and flourish. I did wish that book touched on more the role that technological advancements have had on the way in which we cultivate friends in the real world and how friendship dynamics are changing due to social media and the role that social media plays in our society. Overall, a good book for anyone to read.
