These self-help books for women are just so not for me. I found the entire premise and style of writing in the First Look to be both pretentious and shallow. Breaking down friend groups by ten comical categories may work for wine moms with nothing better to do, but this is the type of drivel that turns me off of the self help genre. The cover was okay, but overall this is not for me.
