I don't think this would be a good book for me right now, but if I were interested in this topic I believe that it would be good! I liked that the author included examples from her own life to better explain the points she was making in the sample. And I liked that she included some questionnaire results that she held in response to social media likes/comments/posts and how it can affect people's relationships if a person is dependent on that.
