I was initially a little reluctant about this First Impression because I'm not usually a "self help book" kind of gal but this was actually pretty interesting! The writing comes across as friendly, as opposed to judgey, and I felt like it had good advice especially for younger women learning how to balance the demands of life. Overall this might make a good gift for a pleasant read!
