I didn't think this would interest me, but I was pleasantly surprised. The first look section had some useful advice and practical suggestions. I suspect it's the best part of the whole book. This advice seems targeted to female Americans aged ~20-50, with spouse, kids, job and stable home and health environment. Maybe other sections of the book address a wider variety of circumstances.
