The writing is good and all, but…
The premise is the type of thing you’d read as an online article passing the time waiting for a doctor’s visit. A whole book from one adult to other adults about what friends you need seems really superficial. And I can’t think of an audience for this. People with a tight knit group of friends don’t need the advice and people who struggle to make friends would find the premise off putting. I’m not interested in reading more.
