I'm not into the "self-help" trend for books. I don't think everything needs a how-to guide; like anyone who doesn't know that every relationship is work (including friendships) is probably beyond help. The first few pages are sort of repetitive to me. Again, we don't need a how-to for everything so I can only imagine this was difficult to get entire chapters written out of what should be basic common sense. Not sure if the rest of the book offers a little more "insightful" advice or not- but so far, I'm not impressed.
