I enjoyed the conversational writing style of this book, including the personal stories from the author's life. Some of her ideas, such as her spouse is not her best friend, actually surprised me and made me think about my own relationship. As someone who is introverted and prefers quiet places in nature to loud dinners and concerts, making friends for me is challenging; this book is highly needed in my life.
