I'm not one who's interested in self help. I'm pretty good with the few friends I have and in such a rural place making new friends isn't much of an option. One chapter was how the concept of friendship applied to get husband, and as chronically single as I am, this really didn't apply. Maybe good for someone wanting to put themselves out there but not my thing.
