At first glance it felt like a typical self-help book.

Even though I normally don't read self-help books this one was different. The points that was listed at the beginning made sense and made me want to continue to read. I especially liked the "my spouse is my spouse, and my best friends are my best friends". It made me want to see who are my Life Council members. Also, why are they on my council.
