These pages drew me in immediately. The description of these triplets who flatly refuse to bond, the mother’s dogged attempts to connect them, and a father who loses himself in his own private, interesting world - the tension just shimmered off of the page. And even though this all sounds so unpleasant, it was a delightful and unexpected change from a lot of the family sagas I’ve read. The writing is great & I’m enthralled. Excited to see what happens next.
