The Last Voyage of Poe Blythe is a delightfully fun adventure filled with neverending twists that had me flipping through the pages.

I really enjoyed the Matched Series by Ally Condie so I was really intrigued by the premise of this book. The story mainly focuses on Poe Blythe and her journey for revenge against the Raiders who took everything away from her.

I was pleasantly surprised that within the first few pages, I was already incredibly fascinated and excited about everything. I thought the writing style was engaging and the tone was wonderfully mysterious. I loved never really knowing what would happen, trying to guess who was on Poe's side and who wasn't, and just enjoying the thrill of being on the edge the entire time. I definitely did not see the twist in the end and wished there was more to the story.

I also really liked the world building. I thought it was unique, creative, and a captivating. However, I did really want to know more about how everything ended up the way it did and how the world came to be in such a mess. But, the mystery of not knowing was fun and I enjoyed exploring the world through Poe's adventure.

I'm honestly still really thinking about the story and the underlying themes and pretty much everything that happened. There's so much I enjoyed about this book so I'll definitely have a longer review soon. But, in short, The Last Voyage of Poe Blythe is absolutely a fantastic dystopian story that I'm sure many readers would enjoy. It's definitely one of my favorite reads so far.

P.S. I would also like to say that Ally is one of the sweetest authors I've met.
