My first impression of the book is that I’m not completely sold, but it does have a lot of promise! I like the idea that the (female) protagonist is dealing with grief, but it seems that she has turned her grief into the strength needed to continue living. I think the cover is supposed to be a topographical map of sorts, but it didn’t really click with me for some reason. I think I would read more, because I would like to find out who the betrayer is, even though I think I already have an idea about who it is.
