I read another book by this author a few years ago and it was a bitter disappointment for me. I was intrigued by the fact that she had a new book coming out, but based on the first chapter, this won't be something I'll pick up. It seems a little too juvenile for my tastes. Also, this reason is petty, but I really don't like the male character's name: Call. You mean Cal? Cause Call doesn't sound right.
