OMG! Omg! This book was beyond amazing. I absolutely loved The 7 1/2 deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton that when I read about this book I just had to get my hands on it asap. Let me say I was not disappointed at any point in this book. Beautifully written, there is just something about the way Stuart Turton writes that I get immersed in the book from the very first sentence. As I read the book I did not want to put it down. It’s a tantalizing mix of dystopian world building with sci-fi and fantasy thrown in plus a murder mystery! It’s all the things I love in a book wrapped up in one beautiful novel. I fell in love with the characters and at times didn’t know who I was rooting for. It definitely makes you question your humanity along with the worlds and has you questioning our faith if humanity will one day destroy the world. This book had me guessing until the very end which is something I have only found reading his books. The only bad part is that I can’t read it agin for the first time. I highly recommend this book to everyone. It was beautiful and magical.
