4.5/5 stars! I love this book. It is so cool and fun to read. Wondering the whole time on who did it, also with not remembering if you did so the murder. In an apocalyptic world where a fog has killed the world except for a small island with 100+ people left. Though, the narrative kept me confused on if it was in 3rd person or 1st person, maybe even 2nd? Turns out it is someone telling the story, which I have never read before. It was new and exciting to learn a new way of reading a book. I do wish there was more of the sci-fi element into the story but it feels more of a dystopian & post-apocalyptic story. Especially how the three scientists controls everything the villagers have to do, but that is because only one character sees it as unfair. I do wish I can reread this for the first time. Definitely my top read this year! I hope people enjoys this book once it comes out in store.
