So, I don't like dystopian fiction or books about approaching apocalypses or anything where the end of the world is at stake. BUT, I can't wait to read this one! First, it's Stuart Turton, so whether to read it wasn't even up for debate. Then, the premise and the writing... Can't wait! My one quibble is that I don't love the cover. It's a little cartoonish for my taste, especially with the way the lighthouse seems cut from a kids' book and pasted in.
