This is unfortunately one of my least favorite books I’ve ever read, I really didn’t vibe with the story and I don’t think this was for me.
I always love a good LGBTQ+ story and this one sounded right up my ally. It follows two girls and is set in camp, I honestly didn’t care for these characters.
I loved the camp setting in this, but the thrilling aspect wasn’t for me. It didn’t feel too interesting or intense, the whole time I kept getting annoyed with how toxic these characters were.
I also didn’t really love the romance in this between our two main characters. I love a good sapphic love story, but in this it just didn’t feel right. These characters were so mean and toxic to one another, I just couldn’t get into this book.
